Effective Monday, 05/18/20, the office will re-open on a limited basis. The need for a face to face visit will be determined by the physician and/or APRN. Telemedicine or virtual visits will continue.
Due to the size of the office, we are extremely limited on the number of patients that can be accommodated in the office. For the safety of our patients and staff, and to comply with CDC safety and social distancing guidelines, the following protocols will be in place:
- Patients should arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to their appointment time.
- Upon arrival, patients should remain in their cars and call the office to advise of their arrival. Patients will be given further instructions at that time.
- Patients will be required to wear their own masks.
- The patient’s family members will not be permitted to enter the clinic. They can wait in their cars or the hallway and be briefed after the visit if needed. We have a wheelchair for patients needing assistance.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we try to navigate our new normal.
