Alexandre M. Furman, M.D., FCCP, FCCM

Dr. Furman is board certified in Internal Medicine with subspecialty training and ABIM Board Certification in Pulmonary medicine as well as Critical Care medicine. Binu Mathew, BSN, MSN, ACNPC-AG

Binu Mathew is a board-certified, advanced practice nurse specializing in Acute Care and Adult-Gerontology by the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Holy Family University and, after graduating, began her nursing career in New York before transitioning into Critical Care Nursing at Pennsylvania Magnet Hospital in 2007. REBECCA PERRY, AGACNP, BSN, MSN

Rebecca Perry is an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at Lyracore Health Alliance. Prior to joining Lyracore, Rebecca worked tirelessly to assist during the COVID-19 pandemic, serving as a Critical Care Nurse for over 5 years at a range of facilities including Lakeland Regional Medical Center. DR. FABIANO LIMA DAS GRACAS, MD

Dr. Gracas is board certified in Internal Medicine with eligibility for the pulmonary disease board in late 2023. Prior to joining Lyracore, Dr. Gracas completed 3 years of internal medicine residency and 2 years of pulmonary disease fellowship at Jamaica Hosptial Medical Ecener in Queens, NY.
