Maureen Amilca is a board-certified Adult-Geronotlogy Primary Care Nurse who is committed to providing a compassionate, educational experience for the patients she treats, serving others, and to improving her community. Prior to joining Lyracore, Maureen worked as an Oncology and OR Nurse at Moffit Cancer Center and as a Clinical Nurse Instructor at the University of South Florida. She received her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in adult-gerontology in 2022 from the USF College of Nursing in Tampa, FL.
Maureen is dedicated to learning and continuing to improve her skills to help her patients achieve success. A highly-skilled practitioner, Maureen takes pride in bringing a patient-centered approach to her work and shares Lyracore’s values of ethical, efficient, and effective care.
A married mother of two daughters, Maureen enjoys active pursuits like dancing and soccer in her free time.
