Bindu Joe is a Doctor of Nursing practice (DNP) with deep commitment to empathetic, high-quality care and a focus on direct and open communication with her patients. Bindu received her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Family Health Nursing and her Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner from USF College of Nursing in Tampa, FL. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from KMCH College of Nursing in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
Medicine is in Bindu’s blood, having descended from a long line of nurses in her family. In her home country of India, Nurse Practitioners do not exist and, upon coming to the United States in 1990, becoming one became her dream. Bindu is a highly experienced nurse for whom the profession is a true calling and a lifelong passion.
Outside of work, Bindu loves to travel, spend time with family, and especially enjoys Italian food.
